As reported in this week’s Halifax Courier individuals from politics, law and residents of Calderdale have written to Justice Minister Rt Hon Michael Gove MP urging him to reconsider his proposed closure of Halifax’s courts. The letter has been organised by Holly Lynch MP and the Halifax Junior Lawyers Committee and is signed by directors and owners from 13 different law firms associated with the courts.
