When contacting me by post or email, please make sure to include your address so that my team and I know that you are a constituent. If you are unsure, you can check using this link.
Holly receives thousands of emails, letters and phone calls from constituents each year, and is able to assist people with various casework issues with the help of her experienced team.
These include problems with benefit claims, immigration issues, and problems or complaints about public services or utility companies.
She also aims to respond to everyone who contacts her to express a view on policy matters or asks her to support particular campaigns.
Please be advised that Holly cannot give legal advice and is unable to intervene in private disputes.
Please also note that in person meetings with Holly or with her team are by appointment only and not guarenteed in all circumstances. We reccomment getting in touch with Holly using the above methods beforehand.
Our office is based at the Elsie Whiteley Innovation Centre which is accessible and disability-friendly. We can arrange to meet in a room with a hearing loop if necessary.
Please ensure that you include your full address, phone number and postcode.
Please do not be disappointed if you do not receive an immediate reply. We receive a very high number of emails, telephone calls and letters every day, so please allow time for a response.
Please note that in order to deal with casework I will need to store personal details and correspondence, and it may be necessary for me to share details and information relating to your case with third party organisations. If you do not wish me to do so please let me know. Your data will be stored, shared and destroyed in line with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) legislation. You can read my full Data Protection Notice here.
